The US Supreme Court is arrested.

We are growing to understand that the Supreme Court is acting corruptly. We know who appointed Coney-Barrett, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.

Do we know whom they replaced? (Answer: Scalia, Kennedy and Bader Ginsburg.)

Observe that the Court’s recent behavior is “arrested.” I am not a psychologist. I am an observer.

To wit:

1 Justice Thomas refuses to recuse himself;

2 Justice Roberts whines that America doesn’t love the Supreme Court;

3 Justice Coney-Barrett poses for photo ops at a Republican leaders’ recognition day;

4 Justice Gorsuch refuses to recuse himself;

5 Justice Alito contradicts himself and past opinions in order to advance a white Christian agenda in the name of amnesia…

I’ll stop now. You get my point. These displays are not those of developed, evolving jurists. Rather than grow with the deliberation challenges, the Supreme Court justices are tripping over themselves to score sound bites on cable media.
