Time for the House to countersue the former President.
Now that the elections are over it’s timely for Congress to countersue the former President and test the executive privilege argument of a citizen to defy a Congressional subpoena.
The rest of Trump’s legal defense is fabricated nonsense. A ‘former President doesn’t have to answer a subpoena because Congress lacks standing.’
