Susie Wiles, the first woman designate to serve as Chief of Staff to the President.

While the M-squared (mainstream media) is speculating on the fashion fallout from Pete Hegseth’s hair style, consider taking a look at the chieftains of tone in executive administration presumably for the next four years.

Consider the folks in positions of influence who do not require Senate approval.

There’s a woman close by President 47’s side. Her name is Susie Wiles, the first woman designate to serve the President as 47’s Chief of Staff (COS). One can learn more from this appointment in the pursuit of exposure and accountability than Sen. Grassley’s fawning over National Intelligence Director nominee, Tulsi Gabbard or Sen. Warren’s head wagging over Treasury’s nominee, billionaire investor, Scott Bessent.

One can learn from the apppointment of this political brand manager about what to be alert to in the forthcoming administration. President Lincoln populated his cabinet with opponents, partly to hear their views, partly to control their machinations. (1) FDR encouraged dissent in his cabinet during the building of the welfare net.

President 47 seeks wealth hoarders, assorted welfare grumblers and government slice and dicers. The new cabinet is from a galaxy far, far away.
